You’ll continue to build your knowledge and experience across all facets of fund administration, contributing to efficient operations and positive client outcomes while working collaboratively within the wider team.

The responsibilities will include:

Communicate clearly and professionally with all colleagues and respond to client related queries via email and case management systems.

Prioritise and manage workload effectively in a fast‑paced environment to consistently meet KPIs and SLAs.

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service delivery and timely issue resolution.

Participate in structured training and ongoing competency assessments to build knowledge across fund administration disciplines.

Identify opportunities for process improvement once established in the role, and assist with ad‑hoc tasks or projects as required to support wider Customer Experience operations.

What are we ideally looking for in a successful candidate:

Prior experience in fund administration or a similar financial services operations role

Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise competing tasks effectively

High level of accuracy and attention to detail, particularly in high‑volume processing environments

Ability to investigate issues independently, identify root causes, and propose practical solutions
