Job summary

The Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO) in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, is seeking a Senior Executive – Training prisma to act as a system expert and knowledge-base owner. The role involves content creation, global training delivery, and proactive learning of prisma 2.0 updates.

You will co-lead global training sessions and support daily operations with LMS and Zoom, calendar management, and Helpdesk collaboration. A bachelor’s degree and 2–4 years of relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, HR/Training, Communications, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in knowledge management, training content creation, or system training.
• Proficient with document and task management; comfortable with prisma 2.0 and LMS.
• Experience with global training delivery and training logistics is a plus.
• Knowledge of palm oil industry or RSPO standards is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Act as central knowledge library and go-to person for knowledge base.
• Design and update training collaterals, user manuals, slide decks, and videos; use AI to improve drafting.
• Engage with Helpdesk and BPO to understand prisma 2.0 updates and RSPO standards.
• Co-lead global live training sessions and support training logistics (Zoom, Calendly, LMS).
• Lead live training clinics for members to address queries and keep knowledge current.
