The Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO) is a global, non-profit organisation with over 6,000 members across 104 countries. This Senior Executive - Training prisma role is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, focusing on prisma 2.0, SOPs, and SLAs.

Build a robust knowledge base, create clear training content, and co-lead global training sessions. Responsibilities include knowledge management, content creation, proactive learning of prisma updates, and supporting daily training operations.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in knowledge management, training content creation, or system training.
• Experience with prisma 2.0 updates and RSPO standards is a strong advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Ability to design and update training content including User Manuals, slide decks, and training videos.

Responsibilities

• Serve as central knowledge base library and go-to person for knowledge base.
• Design and continuously update training collaterals (User Manuals, slide decks, videos).
• Co-lead global live training sessions and assist with logistics (Zoom, Calendly, LMS).
• Lead live training clinics for members to address queries.
• Collaborate with Helpdesk and BPO to understand prisma 2.0 updates and RSPO standards.

Job description

The Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO) is a global partnership to make palm oil sustainable. Today, the RSPO is a global, non-profit organisation with over 6,000 voluntary members across 104 countries and territories, representing every link in the supply chain: oil palm producers, palm oil processors and traders, consumer goods manufacturers, retailers, banks and investors, environmental or nature conservation non-governmental organisations (NGOs), and social or developmental NGOs.

The Senior Executive - Training prisma acts as the primary system expert and "go-to person" for the SDT team regarding especially prisma 2.0 features, SOPs, and SLAs. This role is responsible for building a robust knowledge base, creating clear training content, and proactively hunting down system answers. While heavily focused on content and knowledge management, this role also co-leads global training sessions and supports daily training operations when needed.

The location of this role is Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Duties include but will not be limited to the following:

• Knowledge Management: Serve as the central library for the team and "go-to person" for knowledge base. Build, update, and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base, including the Master FAQ sourced from live sessions and Helpdesk tickets.
• Content Creation: Design and continuously update all training collaterals, including UserManuals, slide decks, and training videos. Use AI tools to work efficiently and speed up content drafting.
• System Mastery & Proactive Learning: Actively engage with the Helpdesk and BusinessProduct Owners (BPO) to fully understand prisma 2.0 updates, system rules, and RSPO standards.
• Global Training Delivery: Co-lead global live training sessions. Step in to assist with training logistics (Zoom, Calendly, and the Learning Management System) to support the operational side of the team when required.
• Member Clinics (Ad-Hoc): Lead live training clinic sessions for members on an ad-hoc basis to keep personal system knowledge sharp and address live user queries.

THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT

Education

• Preferably Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Human Resources/Training, Communications, or a related field.

Experience

• 2–4 years of experience in knowledge management, training content creation, or system training. Experience working on a similar system-related training project is a strong advantage.

Technical and Professional Knowledge

• High capability in document and task management.
• High comfort level learning and utilizing complex softwarebackend systems (prisma) and Learning ManagementSystems (LMS).
• A fast, eager learner capable of quickly absorbing thedynamics, rules, and terminology of the palm oil industry.

Other Special Requirements

• Prior knowledge of the palm oil industry or RSPO standardsis a strong advantage.
• Comfortable utilizing AI tools to improve workflow andcontent creation.
