Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• Experience in training, facilitation, coaching, sales development.
• Experience in financial services, insurance, or related industry preferred.
• Professional certifications in training or coaching are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training programmes in line with curriculum and learning objectives.
• Facilitate in-person and virtual sessions for learners at different levels.
• Support learners through coaching discussions and reinforcement activities.
• Collaborate with leaders to ensure learning translates into performance improvements.
• Maintain training records, attendance, and reports.
