Job summary

Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO) in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, seeks a Manager, Innovation & Transformation to translate strategic ambitions into execution, lead PMO governance, and drive adoption of new systems and processes.

The role focuses on end-to-end process review, prioritization of improvements, and embedding disciplined change across the organization. Location is Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field.
• 5–8 years in business analysis and/or project management with CRM implementations.
• Experience with SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Experience coordinating with external vendors/partners on requirements and delivery.
• Experience running a PMO and tracking multiple initiatives.
• Familiar with change management and stakeholder communications.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end project plans, scope, timelines, resourcing and dependencies.
• Lead PMO governance cadences and progress reporting to leadership.
• Identify opportunities to optimize member journeys and automate processes.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements and user stories for vendors.
• Coordinate UAT, training and change management activities to drive adoption.
• Collaborate with internal IT and BPOs to ensure successful project delivery.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across RSPO to support initiatives.
