Job summary

AMOREPACIFIC MALAYSIA is seeking a Senior Training Executive / Assistant Manager to develop and deliver training content for INNISFREE & Aestura, fostering continuous improvement and exceptional retail performance.

The role requires 3–7 years of beauty training experience, a diploma or degree, and willingness to travel regularly for training and field support. You will coach on selling methods and uphold brand standards at the point of sale.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree or equivalent.
• 3–7 years of training experience in beauty/cosmetics.
• Demonstrates strong product knowledge and training delivery.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
• Proficient with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Deliver multi-channel (OBS/MBS) training programmes effectively.
• Develop training content and deliver engaging sessions.
• Identify training needs and provide learning solutions.
• Coach on selling methods and service flow; monitor outcomes.
• Maintain brand standards at POS and support field coaching.
