Job summary

UOB Innovation Hub 2 Sdn Bhd is seeking a Test Program Manager to lead domain-wide testing strategy for quarterly releases and L3 support within financial services. You will oversee multiple test managers and teams of 20+ resources, manage budgets and vendor relations, and ensure governance and regulatory compliance.

The role requires strong core banking and cards systems experience, stakeholder coordination, and a track record of delivering testing programs with measurable quality improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT.
• 15+ years in software testing and quality assurance.
• 5+ years leading large testing programs.
• Experience in financial services, core banking and cards.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead domain-wide test strategy.
• Deliver executive-level test status reporting.
• Manage domain-level test budget and resources.
• Ensure compliance with governance framework.

Education
