Job summary

6255 UOB Innovation Hub 2 Sdn Bhd is seeking a Senior Manager for Performance Testing to lead end-to-end delivery across Digital, Enterprise, Core Banking & Wealth, and Cards domains. You will collaborate with TCOE engineering, Governance, and external vendors to shape testing strategies and drive automation and KPI reporting.

The role requires 15–20 years in large organizations with at least 5 years in senior management of performance testing, plus strong DevOps and agile experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer engineering or related field.
• Minimum 15–20 years in large/complex orgs with 5+ years in senior management of performance testing.
• Experience delivering end-to-end performance testing across multiple domains (Digital, Enterprise, Core Banking & Wealth, Cards).
• Experience with SDM-aligned testing processes, governance, and automation.
• Ability to work with multi‑cultural, global teams and external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end performance test delivery across multiple domains within the bank.
• Review testing process guidelines with TCOE and Governance teams.
• Sign-off on test strategies, plans, and artifacts from vendors.
• Drive adoption of testing standards, methods, and tools across teams.
• Develop, track, and report test-related metrics and KPIs.
