Job summary

UOB Innovation Hub 2 Sdn Bhd is hiring a Technical Delivery Manager for Core Banking in Malaysia. You will lead end-to-end delivery across inception, design, development, testing and deployment while ensuring compliance with standards.

You will work with stakeholders to manage technical deliverables, risks, and cross-team dependencies, focusing on Customer, Deposits, Channels, and reporting. A strong SDLC and Agile background is required.

Qualifications

At least 9 years in Banking/IT with IBM AS400 knowledge.
Experience in Core Banking modules (Customer, Deposits, Channels).
Bachelor’s degree in IT or related discipline; professional qualifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

Plan technical deliverables for core banking enhancements.
Coordinate across application teams to manage dependencies.
Monitor risks and issues related to delivery and provide status updates.
Collaborate with analysts, architects and security teams to ensure compliant design.
Ensure SIT/UAT, performance tests and security testing are completed with quality results.
Coordinate production cutover and post-implementation support.
