Job summary

Keysight is seeking a seasoned professional to lead test manufacturing readiness for new product introductions, from concept to volume production. You will develop cross-functional project plans, align Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Quality, and drive readiness reviews across test setup, materials, capacity, and infrastructure.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in manufacturing or NPI program management, strong leadership, and a data-driven approach to risk and constraint management.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering or related field required.
• 6+ years in manufacturing, operations, engineering, supply chain, or NPI program management.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional projects in a test manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of NPI processes, manufacturing operations, and production ramp-up.
• Experience with global manufacturing sites and contract manufacturers preferred.
• Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead test manufacturing readiness activities for new product introductions from concept through volume production.
• Develop and manage integrated test project plans, ensuring alignment across Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and external partners.
• Drive readiness reviews covering test production setup, materials, capacity, test infrastructure, systems, and resource requirements.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to schedule, quality, materials, capacity, equipment, and manufacturing processes.
• Monitor project execution, track critical milestones, and provide regular status updates to management and stakeholders.
• Support capital equipment planning and facility requirements to meet future production demand.
• Lead issue resolution through structured problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency, quality, and operational performance.
• Ensure compliance with company quality systems, regulatory requirements, and manufacturing standards.
