Identify and mitigate technical bottlenecks early, such as hardware dependencies.
Plan and lead regular program reviews and stakeholder communication forums to ensure deliverables are completed on time and meet quality expectations.
Serve as the sole owner, accountable for planning, execution, and delivery of complex, cross‑functional NPI programs from early engineering builds through high‑volume manufacturing (HVM) & capacity enhancements at different OSAT.
Balance schedule, cost, quality, and risk to meet product launch timelines and customer commitments.
Support additional programs and strategic initiatives as assigned based on evolving business needs.
Should be able to plan and manage activities on the Engineering Tester setups.
