Job summary

Schneider Electric Industries (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Regional Tender Manager to drive successful business outcomes through strategic tender management and contract negotiations. The role involves coordinating an account community, ensuring consistency across countries, and leading the extended Tender team through all bid stages.

You will monitor opportunities, contribute to strategy and SOC validation, and formalize lessons learned to improve future tenders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Solution Tendering and/or Customer project environments, with experience in complex tender or projects.
• Proven ability to lead functional and remote teams including various profiles (Local TM, Contract, Technical, SMEs).
• Ability to influence and convince in a complex matricial environment.

Responsibilities

• Animate the account community around the tendering portfolio with regular meetings and reports.
• Contribute to tender strategy, setup and validation across local/regional/global levels.
• Lead the extended Tender team and ensure timely consolidated offers.
