Job summary

Talent Recruit in Johor Bahru seeks a Senior Retail Consultant for City Square Mall. You will advise customers on mobile plans, devices, and broadband options, and lead sales activities with a focus on targets and customer satisfaction.

The role requires a Diploma or Degree with 5+ years in Sales & Service, preferably in telecom. Excellent communication in English and Bahasa Melayu is essential; Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales & Service, preferably in telecom.
• Diploma or Degree holder required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills in English & Bahasa Melayu.

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on the best mobile plans, devices, and broadband options for their needs.
• Recommend upgrades and add-ons to boost sales and consistently meet targets.
• Provide high-quality service to build strong, lasting customer relationships.
• Handle customer questions, complaints, and tough issues professionally and efficiently.
• Process account activations, renewals, and device upgrades smoothly.
• Stay updated on promotions, deals, and new product launches; represent the company at roadshows and events.
