Agensi Pekerjaan Talent Recruit Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Retail Consultant for a new store opening at City Square Johor.
You will advise customers on mobile plans, devices, broadband, and related services, aiming to meet and exceed sales targets through upselling and cross-selling. The role requires strong communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with a customer-focused retail mindset. Rotational shifts including weekends and public holidays are expected.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in sales, retail, or the telecommunications industry is a strong advantage.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (Spoken & Written).
- Strong communication skills and interpersonal capabilities tailored for a retail environment.
- Able to work on rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Responsibilities
- Advise customers on mobile plans, devices, broadband, and other telecommunication services.
- Achieve sales targets through proactive upselling and cross-selling of products and services.
- Handle customer enquiries and complaints promptly and professionally to ensure high satisfaction.
- Process line activations, plan renewals, device upgrades, and related documentation according to SOPs.
- Keep continuously updated with the latest promotions, tech trends, and product launches.
- Build good customer relationships and consistently provide excellent, welcoming retail service.

Job description
This is a customer-facing retail position in the telecommunications industry where you will advise customers on mobile plans, devices, broadband, and other telecommunication services. You will work on a rotational shift basis (Monday to Sunday) across 45 hours per week at our City Square location in Johor.

Achieve sales targets through proactive upselling and cross-selling of products and services
Handle customer enquiries and complaints promptly and professionally to ensure high satisfaction
Process line activations, plan renewals, device upgrades, and related documentation according to SOPs

About you
