Job summary

Talent Recruit in Johor is seeking a high-energy Retail Sales Trainer to oversee sales productivity across partner retail outlets for a leading multinational telecommunications brand.

You will coach frontline staff to boost device-and-plan bundles, maintain visual merchandising standards, and achieve monthly activation targets while ensuring SOPs and pricing compliance. The role requires regular store visits and collaboration with store management to sustain high standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM qualification.
• 1–2 years of retail or sales experience.
• Fluent communication; able to sell independently.
• Familiar with retail environment and customer handling.
• Track record of achieving targets.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales targets, promotions and product bundles while monitoring store performance.
• Conduct regular store visits and coach staff on sales and customer service.
• Train staff on products, SOPs and systems, including refresher training.
• Ensure stores follow pricing, promotions and SOPs, and resolve operational issues.
• Maintain good relationships with store managers and staff.
• Complete store reports, track training attendance and monitor store performance.

In this role, you will act as a coach and strategic partner to retail store staff, guiding them to boost device-and-plan bundling sales, maintain visual merchandising standards, and achieve monthly activation targets.
