Job summary

Infineon Technologies AG is seeking a qualified technician to own the health of test floor machines and support engineering projects. The role includes 7x24 test operations, tester setup, troubleshooting, and basic repairs, within standard office hours from Monday to Friday.

Team collaboration is essential to maximize tool availability and process yield. Candidates should hold a Diploma in mechatronic/electrical/electronic/mechanical engineering, with English and Mathematics at SPM level, and

• SPM English and Mathematics passed.
• 5 years of semiconductor manufacturing experience are an added advantage.

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Primary owner for test floor machine healthy running to meet delivery requirement
• Assist engineer for engineering project implementation
• Support test operations 7*24.
• Able to work in Office Hour (Mon-Fri 8am-5.15pm).
• Performs tester/handler set-up, trouble shooting.
• Conducts minor repair and preventive maintenance
• Solves known problems using basic troubleshooting skills and can function independently.
• Work as a team member of an integrated team to maximize tool availability and process yield

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Minimum Diploma in mechatronic/ Electrical/ Electronic/ Mechanical Engineering
• Must passed subject English & Mathematics at SPM level.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience from semiconductor manufacturing is an added advantage.
