Job summary

Infineon Technologies AG in Ipoh, Malaysia is seeking a dedicated individual for a key role in ensuring the healthy running of test floor machines to meet delivery requirements. The ideal candidate will hold a Diploma in Mechatronic, Electrical, Electronic, or Mechanical Engineering and possess at least 5 years of relevant experience in semiconductor manufacturing.

Your responsibilities will include assisting engineers in project implementation, supporting 24/7 test operations, troubleshooting, and conducting minor repairs. In this role, you will be an essential member of an integrated team focused on maximizing tool availability and process yield.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience from semiconductor manufacturing is an added advantage.
• Must have passed English & Mathematics at SPM level.

Responsibilities

• Primary owner for test floor machine healthy running to meet delivery requirement.
• Assist engineer for engineering project implementation.
• Support test operations 7*24 and must run shift work.
• Perform tester/handler set-up and troubleshooting.
• Conduct minor repair and preventive maintenance.
• Solve known problems using basic troubleshooting skills.
