Job summary

TAC Cooling Engineering Sdn Bhd in Penang is seeking a site supervisor to coordinate and oversee HVAC/VRV project works on site. You will liaise with clients, supervise daily activities, and ensure the work program stays on schedule.

The ideal candidate will hold a Professional Certificate in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, have at least 2 years of related experience, and communicate fluently in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Qualifications

• Must have Professional Certificate in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of related experience required.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and liaise with clients for HVAC/VRV projects.
• Supervise, monitor and control daily site works.
• Manage site works to keep the work program on time.
• Perform site inspections, troubleshoot, testing and commissioning.
• Produce site inspection, progress, and testing reports.
• Ensure safety of workers at site.
• Willing to travel outstation and have own transport.

Ensure work at the site able to finish on time

Responsible for the safety of the workers at site

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.

Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English

At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Communication Skill, Sense of responsibility and good personality

Experience in building services would be an added advantage

Able to work as a team

Willing to travel outstation

Must have own transport

Willing to work at Penang and KL ( when required)
