Job summary

A leading technology firm in Malaysia is seeking an experienced technical writer to create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for their products and protocols. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in technical writing and a strong command of written English. Responsibilities include writing tutorials, maintaining internal wikis, and ensuring documentation standards are met. Candidates with experience in fintech or blockchain will be preferred. This role offers the chance to work closely with engineers and product teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in technical writing or developer documentation.
• Ability to explain complex systems to mixed audiences.
• Strong organization and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain technical documentation including API references and runbooks.
• Write tutorials and quickstart guides for developers.
• Develop internal technical wikis and onboarding materials.
