Job summary

Ant International in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a bilingual technical writer to design and develop product documents in English and Chinese, including API docs, integration guides, tutorials and best practices.

You will work with product teams to gather information, ensure accuracy, analyze complex technical content, and improve content through user feedback and metrics. Proactive delivery and ability to grasp technical concepts are essential.

Qualifications

• Proficient in English and Chinese; able to work with stakeholders from China.
• Experience in technical writing or editing; content writing is welcome.
• Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and present clearly.
• Proactive, self-driven with timely delivery of requests.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop product documents in English and Chinese, including API/SDK docs, integration guides, tutorials, best practices.
• Collaborate with product teams to gather information and ensure accuracy and completeness of documents.
• Research, analyze, and organize complex technical information into clear, readable content.
• Collect internal/external feedback and use metrics to improve underperforming content.
• Write product interface copy as needed.
