Job summary

Personal Collection Direct Selling Inc. is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join our Philippines-based IT team. You will deliver Tier 2/3 support, troubleshoot complex hardware, software, and network issues, and assist with deployments and migrations.

You will diagnose root causes using logs, code review, and SQL queries, manage tickets, and collaborate with Development, QA, and Infrastructure to test fixes and validate system updates, ensuring production availability.

Qualifications

3–5 years in Technical Support (Tier 2/3) or similar.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, CCNA, Microsoft) are a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide Tier 2/3 technical support via phone, email, chat, and remote access.
Diagnose root causes using logs, system data, code review, and SQL queries.
Monitor and maintain IT systems, hardware, OS, applications, and network connectivity.
Manage support tickets based on severity and SLAs; document steps and resolutions.
Collaborate with Development, QA, Infrastructure to escalate issues and test fixes.
Set up new products, bundles, and promos; conduct QA testing and ensure availability.
Provide clear technical support and comply with company policies.
