Job summary

Cohesity invites talented technical professionals to join our global support team in Malaysia. The role focuses on delivering high-quality assistance for customers facing storage, virtualization, and networking challenges, leveraging AI tools to streamline resolution and decision making.

Based in our local support centre, you will collaborate with engineering and account management teams to troubleshoot complex issues, document learnings, and mentor peers.

Qualifications

• 3-12 years of experience in a storage, networking and virtualization environment.
• Strong understanding of Linux and administration across all components.
• Ability to analyze system diagnostics and clearly articulate the issue to customers.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and decision making.

Responsibilities

• Work with Cohesity customers to provide timely resolution to technical issues.
• Investigate and troubleshoot issues using available tools.
• Record customer interactions from investigation to resolution.
• Collaborate with engineering and account management teams.
• Exercise judgment to select effective methods for solutions.
• Deliver a high-quality customer experience and timely issue closure.
• Contribute to reusable self-service solutions and knowledge base articles.
• Mentor other engineers.
