Job summary

DKSH in Malaysia is seeking a Manager, Technical Sales to drive key account performance within the Performance Materials division. You will grow sustainable business by managing strategic relationships, pursuing new opportunities, and translating market insights into focused sales outcomes.

You will monitor targets, forecast sales, maintain strong customer satisfaction, and lead CRM-driven opportunities while coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Food Science or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years in a technical sales role with account management exposure.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage key customer accounts and relationships, ensuring sales objectives and satisfaction.
• Monitor sales targets and propose development plans for priority customers and projects.
• Conduct market surveys, analyze trends, and support informed commercial decisions.
• Deliver regular sales forecasts and variance analyses for budget alignment.
• Submit activity and results reports including call plans and performance analyses.
• Monitor competitive activity and gather marketplace intelligence on pricing and delivery.
• Develop and grow relationships with industrial customers and prospect new accounts.
• Conduct targeted visits to promote products and collect market feedback.
• Manage project pipeline via CRM systems to convert opportunities.
• Investigate customer complaints, develop solutions, and present recommendations.
• Administrative duties and coordination as required.
