Job summary

Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence is seeking a Senior Technical Engineer (Production Machining) to support CAD/CAM and simulation software across ASEAN markets. You will leverage expertise in 5-axis CNC programming and post processing to enable high-precision manufacturing projects.

The role requires international travel and on-site deployments, including demonstrations and customer training for ESPRIT, EDGECAM, and NCSIMUL.

Qualifications

Bachelor-level engineering degree or technical diploma with CNC programming experience.
7+ years in CNC machine tools, CAM, and production engineering experience.
Experience with CAD/CAM software and post processors.
English fluency; additional SEA/Japanese/Korean language skills are a plus.
Demonstrated autonomy and strong teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

Support pre-sales technical activities and post-sales training for customers and channel partners.
Travel across ASEAN Pacific; assist markets internationally.
Become a technical expert in Production Software for CAD/CAM and NC code simulation.
Lead on-site implementations, demonstrations, and post-sales support for ESPRIT, EDGECAM, and NCSIMUL.
Configure post processors, automation workflows and macros to meet customer needs.
Provide training, proof of concepts, benchmarks, and presentations.
