Job summary

Jora Malaysia seeks an experienced EUC specialist to lead planning, setup, and configuration of advanced EUC applications across client environments, including AD, Exchange, Office 365, and SCCM. You will manage complex projects, upgrades, migrations, and integrations.

You will mentor junior engineers, coordinate with clients and vendors, ensure quality control, and drive continuous service improvements to deliver excellent outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Valid Microsoft certifications arerequired.
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in technical roles focusing on EUC software such as Windows OS, Office 365, and SCCM.
• Experience with Exchange server environments (on-premise and virtualized with HyperV & VMware) and integrating third-party archiving systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee planning, setup, and configuration of advanced EUC applications across client environments (AD, Exchange, Office 365, SCCM).
• Manage complex projects, upgrades, migrations, and integrations to ensure successful outcomes.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior engineers for knowledge transfer and development.
• Troubleshoot and resolve highly complex technical issues with clients and vendors to minimize downtime.
• Act as a key contact for clients and vendors ensuring effective communication throughout project lifecycles.
• Implement and monitor quality control measures ensuring systems function optimally and projects meet performance criteria.
• Lead Continuous Service Improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.

Experience

• Experience working with Exchange server environments (on-premiseand virtualized withHyperV& VMware), and integrating third-party archiving systems such as Symantec Enterprise Vault, EAS, EMC Source One, or EmailXtender.

Knowledge

• Proficient in Exchange Web Services (EWS) and MAPI protocols. Strong understanding of customer service principles, software integration, and infrastructure environments.
