2201 United Overseas Bank (Malaysia) Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional responsible for end-to-end mass recruitment across our Singapore-focused portfolio, while based in Malaysia. You will screen candidates, conduct HR interviews, schedule interviews and manage offers, ensuring adherence to governance and policy standards.

Competenze

Recruitment experience in-house, agency, banking, or mix; Executive: 1-2 yrs, Manager: 3-5 yrs, AVP: 5-7 yrs.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills for relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and leaders.
Ability to assess candidate suitability through structured screening and competency conversations.

Mansioni

Manage end-to-end mass recruitment activities for high-volume hiring portfolios for Singapore, based in Malaysia.
Own the process of candidate screening, HR interviews, interview scheduling and offer management.
Provide timely and accurate recruitment updates to hiring managers, ensuring alignment throughout the hiring process.
Ensure all recruitment activities comply with established recruitment policies, governance standards, and audit requirements.
Contribute to recruitment projects, career fairs, and other Talent Acquisition activities to support the organization's talent attraction goals.
