Job summary

United Overseas Bank Limited (UOB) seeks a strategic Head of Talent Acquisition to lead the bank’s recruitment agenda across functions and levels. You will shape the TA strategy, mentor a high-performing team, and partner with senior leaders to attract top-tier talent in a competitive market.

You will own end-to-end recruitment, drive data-informed decisions, innovate sourcing and employer branding, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies to support UOB's

Qualifications

• Minimum 10–15 years in talent acquisition with 5+ years in leadership.
• Experience in large, complex organizations; preferably in financial services.
• Proven track record in developing and executing TA strategies.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in data analytics to drive decisions.
• Experience managing recruitment budgets and vendor relations.
