Qualifications

• 1) Experience in in-house TA, recruitment agency, banking or similar settings.
• 2) Strong stakeholder management and communication with candidates, hiring managers and leaders.
• 3) Ability to assess candidate fit via structured screening and competency-based conversations.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end mass recruitment for high-volume portfolios, based in Malaysia for Singapore positions.
• Own candidate screening, HR interviews, interview scheduling and offer management.
• Provide timely recruitment updates to hiring managers and ensure alignment with hiring processes.
• Ensure recruitment activities comply with policies, governance standards, and audit requirements.
• Contribute to recruitment projects, career fairs and talent-attraction initiatives.
