2201 United Overseas Bank (Malaysia) Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional responsible for end-to-end mass recruitment across our Singapore-focused portfolio, while based in Malaysia. You will screen candidates, conduct HR interviews, schedule interviews and manage offers, ensuring adherence to governance and policy standards.

• Recruitment experience in-house, agency, banking, or mix; Executive: 1-2 yrs, Manager: 3-5 yrs, AVP: 5-7 yrs.

• Ability to assess candidate suitability through structured screening and competency conversations.

Job Responsibilities

Job Requirements

• Recruitment experience gained from an in-house Talent Acquisition function, recruitment agency, banking environment, or a combination thereof (Executive: 1-2 years, Manager: 3-5 years, AVP: 5-7 years)
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and business leaders
• Ability to assess candidate suitability through structured screening and competency-based conversations
