Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Economics, or related discipline.
• Experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Executive Search, or related HR functions is required.
• Demonstrated success recruiting mid-to-senior level talent across multiple functions.
• Strong partnering with senior stakeholders and consultative recruitment solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for mid-to-senior level positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
• Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and hiring strategies.
• Provide market intelligence, talent insights, and hiring recommendations to support decisions.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies to build talent pipelines for critical roles.
• Conduct competency-based interviews and assess candidates for skills and culture fit.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and report progress to stakeholders.
• Drive direct sourcing and headhunting through digital platforms, networks, and referrals.
• Ensure a positive candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the process.
• Support workforce planning discussions and HR transformation initiatives.
• Maintain data integrity and ensure regulatory compliance in recruitment.
