Fuku by Momofuku is seeking an experienced Talent Management Senior Specialist to strengthen our talent pipeline across Technology & IT Digital functions and accelerate high-potential development. You will drive succession planning for leadership roles, manage HiPo and MiPo programmes, and facilitate talent reviews with business leaders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in Talent Management with succession planning and development.
• Proven experience managing HiPo/MiPo programmes, talent reviews and succession pipelines.
• Experience supporting Technology, IT, Digital, Data or Engineering employees is highly preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with senior leaders.
• Analytical and structured, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with HR systems such as Workday is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Drive succession planning for leadership roles, including successor identification, readiness assessment and development planning.
• Manage HiPo and MiPo talent programmes from identification to progression tracking.
• Facilitate talent reviews, calibration and succession discussions with business leaders.
• Partner with Technology & Digital leaders to identify critical capabilities and future leadership needs.
• Develop and monitor Individual Development Plans (IDPs), career pathways, internal mobility and development initiatives.
• Track talent management effectiveness through succession coverage, bench strength and retention metrics.
