Job summary

Fuku by Momofuku is looking for a Website Operations Manager to oversee daily website management, optimization, and coordination with Global Sales, marketing, and development teams. The role emphasizes SEO, regional LATAM focus, and cross‑team collaboration.

You will ensure content accuracy, performance, and mobile responsiveness while coordinating regional websites and updates. Strong English and Mandarin communication is required with regional stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in website management or digital operations.
• Hands-on CMS experience.
• Good on-page and technical SEO understanding.
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
• Experience with GA4 and Search Console.
• English and Mandarin communication with regional teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily management, maintenance, and optimisation of the website.
• Coordinate updates with global sales, marketing, developers and stakeholders.
• Ensure content accuracy, performance, and mobile responsiveness.
• Monitor SEO and implement on-page/technical improvements.
• Manage LATAM focus and potential expansion to other regions.
• QA website changes and track issues.
• Provide regular site reporting and suggested improvements.
