Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding.
• Source, attract, and engage high-quality candidates via LinkedIn, portals, referrals, events and headhunting.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates for technical competency and cultural fit; provide hiring recommendations.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines; support succession planning and internal mobility across the organization.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, efficiency, and candidate experience; contribute to employer branding initiatives.
