Job summary

Jotun is seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead based in Shah Alam, Selangor. You will drive talent acquisition and internal talent initiatives, partnering with business leaders to attract, develop, and retain top talent across functions and levels.

You will manage the full lifecycle from requisition to onboarding, build robust talent pipelines, and support succession planning and internal mobility in a dynamic organization. English proficiency is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of talent acquisition experience.
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment across various functions and levels.
• Proficient in both spoken and written English.
