Job summary

Panasonic Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Human Resources Assistant Manager (Talent Acquisition & Development) to lead recruitment and leadership development initiatives at our Petaling Jaya location.

The role focuses on proactive talent pipelines, end-to-end recruitment, and analytics-driven HR practices, with opportunities to shape learning programs and support HR projects in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
8–10 years hands-on experience in full recruitment and development functions.
Deep understanding of local employment laws, talent industry trends and HR best practices.
Strong working knowledge of full-cycle sourcing tools and digital recruitment platforms.

Responsibilities

Drives recruitment and employee development initiatives with proactive strategies and strong talent pipelines.
Manage end-to-end full-cycle recruitment including profiling, sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding and exits.
Track recruitment metrics to optimize HR analytics and reporting.
Identify training needs and support the design of leadership development programs.
Support ad-hoc HR initiatives and projects as required.
