Job summary

Randstad Sourceright is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join a key client in the IT semiconductor sector. This role can be fully remote anywhere in Malaysia, offering strategic recruitment leadership and strong stakeholder collaboration.

You will lead talent sourcing, candidate screening, and market insights while ensuring an excellent candidate experience and alignment with business goals. Fluency in English is essential.

Qualifications

• Over 5 years of professional experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• Experience with IT infrastructure or IT semiconductor recruitment preferred.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Citizen of Malaysia, visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand business needs and build recruitment strategies.
• Act as a strategic advisor and maintain strong client relationships for quality delivery.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines via sourcing networks, job boards, social media, and referrals.
• Screen and assess candidates for technical skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience with proactive communication and negotiation support.
• Leverage market intelligence to inform stakeholders about local talent conditions.

About The Role

We are looking for a dynamic Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to work at one of our key client in IT Semiconductor Industry.

The role can be fully remote any where in Malaysia.

What You will Do

• Partner with Hiring Managers, Senior Leaders, Business head to deeply understand business needs and develop effective, future-proof recruitment strategies.
• Being a strategic advisor and developing strong relationships to maintain quality client delivery and solve client challenges.
• Build & Maintain Talent Pipelines by developing strong sourcing networks and utilizing job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
• Screen & Assess Candidates through comprehensive resume reviews and interviews, evaluating them for technical skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
• Deliver an Excellent Candidate Experience by managing proactive communication throughout the interview process and handling offer negotiations.
• Leverage Market Intelligence to stay abreast of local market conditions and share relevant data insights with internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience: Over 5 years of professional experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• Recruitment experience with IT infrastructure, IT Semiconductor is highly preferred.
• Language: Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
• Work Authorization: Must be a Citizen of Malaysia (visa sponsorship or support is not available for this role).
