Job summary

BlockOffice is seeking a senior Talent Acquisition professional to own hiring across BlockOffice and its group companies, focusing on Malaysia. You will partner with the founding team and leaders to build out teams across multiple entities and functions, from individual contributors to leadership roles.

The ideal candidate has deep hands-on recruitment experience in fast-scaling environments, in-house or agency/headhunting, with comfort owning full lifecycle and minimal oversight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business or related field.
• 5–7 years of dedicated recruitment/talent acquisition experience.
• Senior-level experience including leadership hires.
• Experience in financial services, professional services, or related industries preferred.
• Proven track record recruiting across multiple units or fast-growing organisations.
• Strong sourcing across LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and headhunting.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment across BlockOffice and group companies — scoping, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, closing.
