Job summary

Qualifications

• Familiarity with labor regulations and compliance practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles.
• Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and perform reference checks.
• Support employer branding and content development for social media.
• Represent the company at career fairs and branding events.
• Collaborate with Marketing/Comms for branding materials.
