Job summary

Horizon Construction Overseas (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive Senior HR Executive - Talent Acquisition to manage end-to-end recruitment and build strong candidate pipelines. You will partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and deliver an excellent hiring experience.

The role focuses on sourcing through multiple channels, coordinating interviews, managing offers, and maintaining recruitment documentation and metrics in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience in full-cycle recruitment and direct sourcing.
• Familiar with recruitment platforms such as JobStreet, LinkedIn, and other sourcing channels.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from job posting, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct resume screening and initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interview arrangements between candidates and hiring managers.
• Prepare employment offers and support pre-employment documentation.
• Ensure recruitment activities are completed within agreed hiring timelines.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate databases.
• Prepare weekly and monthly recruitment reports, including hiring progress and recruitment metrics.
• Ensure recruitment documentation complies with company policies and local labour regulations.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and provide recruitment recommendations.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
