The role requires 10 years in systems analysis and ERP, a degree in a relevant field, and strong Microsoft automation tooling proficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong English communication skills.
• 10 years of experience as a systems analyst.
• 10 years of experience with ERP or related information systems.
• Bachelor's degree in software development, engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft automation tooling (Power Platform, ERP, Power BI).
• Ability to translate business needs into functional requirements aligned with system standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Autonomous, rigorous, and structured with hands-on approach.
• Experience in agile scrum environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead system implementation projects with governance, processes, and standards.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements and system specs.
• Assess options and recommend scalable, future-proof solutions.
• Create target architecture diagrams and data flow with stakeholders.
• Elaborate project plans with deliverables and estimations.
• Develop UAT scripts and manage defect prioritization.
• Provide user and technical documentation after each project.
