Job summary

Medtronic plc in Malaysia is seeking a Senior IT Business Analyst (SAP/ERP) to analyze business requirements, map processes, and deliver technology solutions across manufacturing and enterprise systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals and regulatory standards.

The role requires experience with SAP, MES and enterprise manufacturing applications, plus strong facilitation and communication skills. Onsite work in Kulim, Kedah is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related business discipline.
• 5–7 years of IT or related experience.
• Experience in business process definition and requirements definition.
• Experience facilitating large group discussions and managing stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements, processes, and data relationships to sustain operations.
• Align processes across geographies and develop technology solutions.
• Communicate requirements to end-users and partners and guide implementation.
• Develop and validate project plans, milestones, and SDLC documentation.
• Ensure information protection practices are followed within projects.
