Job summary

Niaga Prestasi seeks a Lead Systems Analyst in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia to drive end-to-end solution design and align business objectives with technical outcomes. The role requires 8+ years in systems analysis, strong telecom domain knowledge, and collaboration across cross-functional teams.

You will translate business needs into scalable system configurations, provide technical consultancy, and engage with partners for strategy and execution. This position is full-time and based in Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in CS, Computing or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in systems analysis, solution design or related areas.
• Strong background in Telecommunications industry.
• B2B experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution design aligned with business and technical objectives.
• Gather, analyse and prioritise business requirements and translate them into solution specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design effective and scalable systems.
• Provide technical consultancy on solution feasibility, application design and system integration.
• Translate business models into platform configurations or specifications for new implementations and products.
• Work with technology partners to define technical strategies and improve business solutions.
• Provide technical expertise and support for RFP/RFT submissions.
• Act as the key point of contact for business requirements and solution design.
