Job summary

Starhub Ltd in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia is seeking a Lead Systems Analyst to bridge business needs and technology by designing scalable, feasible, and effective systems that support organizational objectives.

You will ensure requirements are understood, translated into end-to-end designs, and you will provide expert technical advisory, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to RFP/RFT responses.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Computing or related field with at least 8 years of systems analysis and design experience.
• Strong background in telecommunications industry.
• Knowledge in areas of mobile and broadband networks, CRM (e.Compax), Billing, Provisioning Systems, Inventory, Delivery and Integrations.
• Experience in digital-related areas, including userjourney analysis during solution assessment, designthinkingand human-centric approaches to solutionassessment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Able to communicate clearly and professionally in a fast-paced, deadline-driven business environment.
• Strong conceptual and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent organization skills and comfortable with multi-tasking under a dynamicenvironment.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the end-to-end solution design process, ensuring alignment with businessobjectivesand technical requirements.
• Liaise with business users to collect and prioritize requirements and be Point of Contact (POC) for all business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective system designs.
• Provide technical consultancy,expertise, and advice on matters of solution feasibility, application design, and integration.
• Understand business models and drivers and translate them into either platform configuration or specification for new implementation or even new product offerings.
• Work with partners to define technical strategies that will drive business effectiveness and improve business offerings.
• Assist with RFP/RFT responses to provide technicalknow-howandexpertise.

• Act as the single point of accountability for business requirements elicitation, prioritization, and translation into solution specifications.
• Ensure proposed solutions are technicallyfeasible, scalable, and well-integrated across systems and platforms.
• Provide expert technical advisory to stakeholders, including design recommendations,optionassessments, and implementation guidance.
