Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Nursing, Science or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of sales experience; surgical experience is a plus.
• Energetic, self-motivated, and results oriented with teamwork.
• Valid driving license; owning a car is a plus.
• Adheres to Baxter’s global business practices and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales quotas through direct sale of advanced surgery products and services (Hemostat/Sealant/Adhesion Prevention).
• Prioritize selling activities via account/territory management including key decision makers and processes.
• Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge reflecting the brand’s strengths.
• Coordinate and participate in major marketing initiatives e.g. exhibitions and campaigns.
• Maintain clear records of customer interactions via Salesforce.
• Ensure adherence to Baxter’s Code of Conduct and promote Baxter culture.
• Educate physicians on proper use and benefits of our products.
• Call on prospective customers and provide product information or demonstrations.
• Monitor sales against forecasts and assess market potential for the territory.
