Join Our Team & Keep the Supply Chain Moving!
At C.E. Brush Manufacturing Sdn. Bhd., we believe a strong supply chain is the backbone of a successful manufacturing operation.
We’re looking for a proactive, organized and driven Supply Chain Executive who enjoys solving problems, negotiating great deals, coordinating with suppliers, and making sure materials arrive at the right place, at the right time.
This isn't just a purchasing role. You'll be involved across the supply chain — from sourcing and procurement to inventory planning, imports, logistics and warehouse coordination — giving you valuable hands‑on exposure to both local and international operations.
If you're someone who likes taking ownership, keeping things organized and seeing your work directly contribute to production and business growth, we'd love to have you on our team.
You’ll play an important role in ensuring our production team has the right materials at the right time and at the right cost.
Source and procure materials, products and services from local and overseas suppliers.
Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) and follow through from order placement to delivery.
Negotiate with suppliers on pricing, quality, lead time, payment terms and delivery schedules.
Explore new suppliers and sourcing opportunities to improve cost competitiveness and supply reliability.
Monitor supplier performance and ensure deliveries meet our production requirements.
Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with local and international suppliers.
Work closely with Production and other departments to anticipate purchasing requirements and avoid unnecessary delays.
You’ll help us maintain the right balance — enough stock to keep production running smoothly without creating unnecessary excess inventory.
Ensure all inventory movements and transactions are accurately recorded in the system.
Monitor stock levels, consumption and material movement.
Establish and maintain appropriate reorder levels and replenishment planning.
Identify potential shortages early and take proactive action before they affect production.
Conduct and coordinate monthly stock counts.
Investigate inventory discrepancies and work with relevant departments to resolve them.
Work closely with Production to ensure critical materials are always available when required.
Support continuous improvements in inventory accuracy and stock management.
You’ll also gain valuable exposure to the movement of goods across Malaysia and internationally.
Coordinate local deliveries, import and export shipments, customs clearance and freight arrangements.
Track incoming and outgoing shipments and provide timely updates to relevant teams.
Proactively identify and resolve shipment delays, documentation issues and other logistics challenges.
Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping agents, transporters, suppliers and warehouse partners.
Coordinate import documentation and ensure smooth customs clearance.
Monitor warehouse space utilization and support improvements in storage and operational efficiency.
Ensure materials arrive on time to support production schedules and customer requirements.
Prepare purchasing, inventory, supplier and logistics reports when required.
Maintain proper purchasing and supply-chain documentation.
Work closely with Production, Accounts, Sales and Management to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Support the team during busy periods and contribute wherever needed.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to make our supply-chain processes faster, smarter and more efficient.
Perform other related duties or responsibilities assigned by Management from time to time.
Possesses at least a Certificate, Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Purchasing or a related field.
Has at least 2 years of relevant working experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain or logistics.
Must be able to speak, read and write Chinese, as you will communicate directly with suppliers from China. This is a mandatory requirement.
Is proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Is comfortable working with computers, particularly Microsoft Excel.
Experience with AutoCount Inventory / Store System will be highly advantageous.
Has strong negotiation, communication and coordination skills.
Is organized, responsible and pays attention to details.
Can prioritize multiple tasks and follow through until completion.
Is proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Enjoys solving problems instead of waiting for someone else to solve them.
Experience working in a manufacturing environment will be an added advantage.
Your work matters here.
You’ll be part of the team that keeps our manufacturing operation moving — ensuring materials are available, suppliers perform, shipments arrive and production stays on schedule.
We offer a competitive salary package based on your experience, capabilities and potential.
We're looking for people who want more than just a job. As the company grows, there will be opportunities to learn, take on greater responsibilities and grow your career with us.
Work directly with local and international suppliers, including suppliers and business partners from China and other overseas markets.
Gain hands‑on exposure across procurement, inventory, logistics, warehousing, imports and production planning — not just one small part of the supply chain.
Join a team where departments work together, ideas are welcomed and people are encouraged to take initiative and make improvements.
Build your career with an established Malaysian manufacturer with years of industry experience and a commitment to continuous growth.
If you're someone who is organized, ambitious, responsible and always one step ahead, this could be the opportunity you're looking for.
We're not simply looking for someone to process Purchase Orders.
We're looking for someone who can take ownership of the supply chain, solve problems, build strong supplier relationships and grow together with the company.
