Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a full-time logistics/operations staff to manage export documentation, stock control, and warehouse receiving and storage processes in Port Klang. You will coordinate quotations with customers, freight forwarders, and shipping agents, ensure documentation accuracy, and monitor daily operations and attendance records.

The role involves handling incoming/outgoing goods, forklift checks, and preparing delivery orders and invoices.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth transportation processes required in handling domestic export sales including quotations, liaising with customers, freight forwarders and shipping agents for shipment of goods and ensuring all related documentation are in order.
• Resolve, improve and upgrade any areas or problems in respective delivery and storage process.
• Manage the stock inventory of raw materials and finish goods.
• Attend to daily operations issues.
• Manage the receiving, supplying, delivery and storage processes for raw materials and finish goods, in accordance with the works order, specification and approved methods that meet applicable cost, quality, environmental, safety, legal and others requirement.
• To issue related document needed for each delivery (Delivery Order, Invoice, etc).
• Handling incoming and outgoing goods.
• To undertake any other assignment as given by the immediate superior and management.
• Accurately update and maintain data into the system and manual records.
• Monitoring & Update daily Attendance & OT record of Driver, Leader & Storekeeper at One Drive Share file.
• Update Internal transportation Allowance record at One Drive Share File.
• Prepare MR, Stock transfer, Stock issue, Stock Received.
• Monitoring Forklift Daily check sheet & Service.
• Arrangement & prepare DO & Invoice collection scrap.
• Ability to commute/relocate: Port Klang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
