Job summary

ITX INDUSTRIES SDN BHD in Penang, Butterworth is seeking an experienced inventory professional to manage daily stock operations. You will ensure stock accuracy, perform counts, and collaborate across Sales, Warehouse and Finance to maintain availability.

The role requires hands-on experience with FIFO/FEFO, batch tracking, supplier coordination, and preparing purchase requests to keep timely replenishment and audit readiness.

• Resolve inventory discrepancies, pricing issues, and stock variances efficiently.

Managed daily inventory operations including stock control, stock counts, and record accuracy.

Controlled stock levels, batch tracking, FIFO/FEFO rotation, and organized warehouse storage.

Handled stock pricing updates, including selling price, unit cost, and product label/price tag preparation.

Prepared Purchase Requests (PR) and coordinated with suppliers on orders, pricing, and delivery follow-ups.

Monitored and tracked incoming shipments, ensuring timely delivery and proper logistics coordination.

Verified incoming goods against Purchase Orders (PO), Delivery Orders (DO), and packing lists.

Maintained SGS certificates and product compliance documentation for audit and customer requirements.
