Job summary

PITSTOP autocare services in Malaysia is seeking a Warehouse Clerk to manage receiving, storing, issuing, and recording all goods and materials to support smooth operations.

The role involves verifying deliveries against orders and invoices, labeling and locating items, performing regular stock checks, and assisting with annual stock takes while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse in line with company SOP.

Responsibilities

• Receive, check and verify incoming goods against delivery order and invoice
• Store items properly with correct labeling and location
• Issue materials to departments and maintain issuing records
• Conduct daily, weekly, monthly stock checking and cycle count
• Assist in annual stock take
• Monitor stock levels and report low stock to supervisor
• Keep warehouse clean, safe, and organized at all times
• Ensure proper storage to prevent damage or loss
• Follow company SOP and safety procedures
