Job summary

MSPHitect Sdn Bhd is seeking a Senior Staff Engineer Technology Integration in Malaysia to lead advanced IC/semiconductor integration projects. You will apply SMT, packaging, assembly and test knowledge to drive reliability and performance across processes.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Engineering (Semiconductor Technology or Physics) with around 10 years in IC/semiconductor environments and demonstrates strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills including FE/BE

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Semiconductor Technology, Physics) with 10 years of IC/semiconductor experience incl. SMT, packaging, assembly and test.
• Strong communication, collaboration, negotiation and solution-finding abilities.
• Knowledge of FE/BE and BE/BE interaction.
• Knowledge of 8D & T6s methodologies.
• Knowledge of DFMEA/PFMEA.
• Knowledge of internal package analysis and first-level reliability.
