MSD is seeking a Senior Specialist for Meeting Services Support to provide end-to-end operational support across markets, ensuring compliant, timely delivery of meeting services. The role involves coordinating complex cases, guiding teams, and maintaining governance of service performance.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Science, or related discipline.
• Typically 5+ years of experience in meeting operations, finance operations, or a comparable controlled environment.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex cases, projects, or transitions.
• Experience providing technical coaching or coordination to team members.
• Relevant language capability may be required for the supported portfolio.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the operational subject-matter expert for assigned markets, meeting types, processes, systems, or service areas.
• Provide day-to-day operational support and technical guidance to team members.
• Coordinate workload priorities during peak periods, month-end, go-live, and hypercare.
• Ensure consistent application of approved procedures and market requirements.
• Review complex cases and recommend paths to resolution.
• Support end-to-end delivery of meeting and event administration, account maintenance, PO activities, and event closure.
• Escalate and coordinate resolution of complex issues with stakeholders.
